I sent them an email last evening asking for some advice on my drain field (unrelated to the tank pump-out). To my surprise, instead of an email reply this morning, a crew (including the owner) came out to the house and performed a quick, courtesy inspection/consultation for me. I had concerns of a much larger problem but their professional opinion was that it was something almost inconsequential. I sent them an email last evening asking for some advice on my drain field (unrelated to the tank pump-out). To my surprise, instead of an email reply this morning, a crew (including the owner) came out to the house and performed a quick, courtesy inspection/consultation for me. I had concerns of a much larger problem but their professional opinion was that it was something almost inconsequential. Rare, outstanding customer service! Crew was very professional cleaning my septic tank in the fall. I sent them an email last evening asking for some advice on my drain field (unrelated to the tank pump-out). To my surprise, instead of an email reply this morning, a crew (including the owner) came out to the house and performed a quick, courtesy inspection/consultation for me. I had concerns of a much larger problem but their professional opinion was that it was something almost inconsequential. We can review it in more detail after the ground thaws, which I'll probably do. Highly recommended!
My Septic backed up around 1:00 Pm, Called Arkie @ 1:15Pm, spoke to a very nice woman, who sent out a crew, immediately, by 3:30Pm my tank was pumped out, my system running normal again, and they were already heading back. The Two employees who did the work were great, Friendly, Polite, very knowledgeable, thorough in their workmanship, and the price was very Reasonable as well. I don't normally write reviews, but this company definitely deserves it. I can't say enough good things about my experience in dealing with them.
Stearns and Tim did an outstanding job today! They were able to take care of two septics that needed to be pumped and in literal seconds found a service lid that was under snow and ground off of a brief description of were it could be located. They were efficient and thorough in the cleaning process. Stearns was very educated in his explanation on discovering the lid and proud of his working experience. I highly recommend this team and look forward to working with them in the future. Great job guys and thank you for all you do!
