I sent them an email last evening asking for some advice on my drain field (unrelated to the tank pump-out). To my surprise, instead of an email reply this morning, a crew (including the owner) came out to the house and performed a quick, courtesy inspection/consultation for me. I had concerns of a much larger problem but their professional opinion was that it was something almost inconsequential. We can review it in more detail after the ground thaws, which I'll probably do. Highly recommended!
