Rare, outstanding customer service! Crew was very professional cleaning my septic tank in the fall. I sent them an email last evening asking for some advice on my drain field (unrelated to the tank pump-out). To my surprise, instead of an email reply this morning, a crew (including the owner) came out to the house and performed a quick, courtesy inspection/consultation for me. I had concerns of a much larger problem but their professional opinion was that it was something almost inconsequential. We can review it in more detail after the ground thaws, which I'll probably do. Highly recommended!

Today we had an emergency with sewage backing into our house.The office staff was very responsive and said they would get a crew and truck right out. The crew workers were there the same day to pump the tanks. The workers were courteous, professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Arkie Rogers Septic.

Today we had an emergency with sewage backing into our house.The office staff was very responsive and said they would get a crew and truck right out.
