I sent them an email last evening asking for some advice on my drain field (unrelated to the tank pump-out). To my surprise, instead of an email reply this morning, a crew (including the owner) came out to the house and performed a quick, courtesy inspection/consultation for me. I had concerns of a much larger problem but their professional opinion was that it was something almost inconsequential. To my surprise, instead of an email reply this morning, a crew (including the owner) came out to the house and performed a quick, courtesy inspection/consultation for me. I had concerns of a much larger problem but their professional opinion was that it was something almost inconsequential. We can review it in more detail after the ground thaws, which I'll probably do. Highly recommended!
They came out the morning of the call, pumped in an emergency, and dug the cover IN THE SNOW. Worth every penny! GREAT GUYS TO WORK WITH. They gave me good information about my current system, and let me know about future repairs I'll need to make soon! I'll be calling them every time I need the tank pumped.

My Septic backed up around 1:00 Pm, Called Arkie @ 1:15Pm, spoke to a very nice woman, who sent out a crew, immediately, by 3:30Pm my tank was pumped out, my system running normal again, and they were already heading back. The Two employees who did the work were great, Friendly, Polite, very knowledgeable, thorough in their workmanship, and the price was very Reasonable as well. I don't normally write reviews, but this company definitely deserves it. I can't say enough good things about my experience in dealing with them.
Stearns and Tim did an outstanding job today! They were able to take care of two septics that needed to be pumped and in literal seconds found a service lid that was under snow and ground off of a brief description of were it could be located. They were efficient and thorough in the cleaning process. Stearns was very educated in his explanation on discovering the lid and proud of his working experience. I highly recommend this team and look forward to working with them in the future. Great job guys and thank you for all you do!

Today we had an emergency with sewage backing into our house.The office staff was very responsive and said they would get a crew and truck right out. The crew workers were there the same day to pump the tanks. The workers were courteous, professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Arkie Rogers Septic.

Today is 95 degrees in the shade, and still the crew came in, found the tank, dug out the access, and tackled our septic tank cleaning in a scant 30 minutes! This is our first house, so we're still learning what's needed on a regular basis... it had been more than 10 years since it was last cleaned (when we bought the house). They still treated us fairly and kindly, helping us to learn what we need to do to be better with our septic tank moving forward.
